The tiles, in addition to being squared and rectified in one caliber, have an almost imperceptible perimeter bevel. The high precision of the dimensional characteristics and the reduction of the bevel allow the creation of installation systems with smaller joints, guaranteeing increasingly more aesthetically pleasing results and in line with current trends.

Sanding and polishing marble floors can be performed both in the factory and on site. In the factory, with the use of abrasive tools arranged in line on a belt machine, the marble cut into tiles in the chosen format is polished, creating a finished product for floors or walls ready for installation. The degree of sanding depends on the series of grits of the abrasive plates mounted on the machine. Polishing is achieved with the use of very fine-grained flat abrasives in the series of abrasives which produce the so-called “mirror” surface.
ROSA PORTOGALLO
A medium-fine to coarse-grained crystalline mass that is various in colour from white, pale pink, to orangey pink, lilac, with greyish and greenish hues. It is quarried in Portugal. It is quarried in the nation of the same name. Natural marble extracted from the same block may have different colour shades and/or veins. Colours differences must be considered as a typical characteristic.
